PARKING: There is 2 parking spaces in front of the home to the right on the gravel. Please make sure the end of your car does not stick out too much onto the sidewalk as you will get ticketed for blocking the public sidewalk. There's also additional parking behind the home that is shared.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
-The yard is private to you only.
-Trash & Recyle Cans are behind the gate on the side of the home. Trash days are Wednesdays. We have someone that takes out the trash cans and puts them back.
-Turn AC to 77 and heat to 66 when you leave.
-all tv's have cable
- Game Room in Basement, key is in the kitchen drawer next to the microwave. You can access the basement through the back patio down the stairs.
-Please keep noise down after 9:00pm to respect the neighbors, thank you.
-You are in the desert, please keep doors closed so the bugs do not make their way inside!
