2021 Owners Meeting
San Luis Obispo, CA
April 1st - 4th, 2021
San Luis Obispo, CA
April 1st - 4th, 2021
Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo are sister communities that make up California's central coast. Located equidistance from Los Angeles and San Francisco, these cities boast mild climates, pastoral views and laid back tourism. Both cities are around ~50,000 people.
Paso Robles (the northern of the two cities) boasts a well developed wine industry (Niner, Justin, etc.) on rolling mid coastal bluffs. In addition, craft beer giant Firestone Walker is based there. Just south of town is Tin City, a development of wineries and breweries.
San Luis Obispo, just 30m south of Paso, is home to SLO (Cal Poly San Luis Obispo), a vibrant small downtown and quick access to Pismo Beach and the Pacific Ocean.
There are many options for getting to Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo:
Fly into the Bay Area and drive down with Ken. The Bay Area has multiple airports (SFO/San Francisco, OAK/Oakland, SJC/San Jose) where I can pick you up. It would be best to fly in on Wednesday or early Thursday for this option. Oak/Oakland is the closest and usually cheapest option. The drive to Paso is about 3 hours.
Fly into Sacramento (SMF) and get Kelly to drive you down to Paso. Paso is about a 4 - 5 hour drive from Sacto.
Fly into San Luis Obispo County airport (SBP). United (connects through Denver), American and Alaskan fly here.
