2019 Owners Meeting

The condo is in a superior location within walking distance of 100's of restaurants, bars, clubs and shops. While it is just 1/10th of a mile from the center of downtown it is on a quieter side street. In addition, it has 7 separate sleeping spaces so everyone doesn't have to share!

You don't need a car and there's a $2 bus from the airport that drops you off right next to the complex

Sleeping/Bath arrangements

7 sleeping spaces - 3 queens in bedrooms, 2 queens in loft, 2 sofa beds
2.5 baths (2 showers, 3 commodes)

Convenient & Safe

Electronic entry to unit means you don't have to worry about keeping track of multiple keys
If you do have a car, the unit comes with an onsite free parking spot
Building and parking is gated and monitored by video cameras
Starbucks across the street

Parking

You have been provided with one parking spot that comes with the condo. Please see the attachment. In rare cases people park in spots that are not theirs. Should you arrive to find someone in your spot please take a picture showing the spot number and the license plate of the car and park in the garage at 4th and Brazos and I will reimburse you. I apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

Please do not park in any other spot other than the one you have been assigned or you will most likely be towed.

Notes

Please note that there is a very strong policy against noise/partying. I have already been fined once for $250. The next fine will be for $500 and will cause your entire deposit to be forfeit.

The pool is located in building 2 closest to the San Jacinto side. If you're in building 3 your pedestrian gate code will also work for building 2.

There is a lock on the pool the code is 1111. Please note that the pool closes at 10 PM and any use of it after that time will result in a fine.
