2004 Owners Meeting

All:

The logistics and agenda for our meeting have been finalized (I've attached a copy below). Print out this email and bring it with you (or stuff it into your favorite PDA).

For people arriving on Thursday before 7 PM, we don't we try and meet in a bar at the airport and I can take all of us to the hotel in my rental car. Since Spence and Jeff get in earliest, I will leave it to their discretion on which waterhole is most appropriate. When you arrive, call ME on my mobile phone and I will arrange for your pickup (The airport is 12 miles from the hotel). For people arriving later, I have already arrange for someone to pick you up -- just call me as you get off the plane.

We'll pick and seed our wiffleball teams on Thursday night and play the tournament on Friday. Remember to bring any equipment that you might need (I've got my lucky bat waiting by the door).

We've split the draft into two parts this year, to make sure that we can see the NCAA games. This will also make it easier to figure out just who is actually left in the 18th round. We'll set the draft order through the lottery system at lunch on Friday. I'm printing up the draft guides right now.

P.S. Please remember to send me your retention picks before Wednesday night.
